- Information you give us: name, mobile number, email, city, travel dates, number of guests, room preference and any special requests you enter in our forms or send by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- At check-in: details from your government photo ID and, for foreign nationals, passport and visa details, as required by law.
- Payment details: we record the amount and mode of payment. We do not store card numbers; card and UPI payments are processed by the respective banks or payment apps.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry, check availability and confirm your booking.
- To complete check-in, issue GST invoices and maintain the guest register required by local authorities.
- To provide services you request, such as pickup, taxi or sightseeing arrangements.
- To contact you about your booking. We will only send offers if you have asked us to.
3. WhatsApp & Website Forms
Our website forms do not store your details on a server. When you submit a form, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message that opens on your device; nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Messages are then handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
4. Sharing Your Information
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We share information only when required by law (for example, with police or government authorities as per guest-registration rules) or when needed to provide a service you asked for, such as arranging a taxi.
5. Storage & Security
- Guest records are kept securely at the lodge and are accessible only to authorised staff.
- We keep records only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law and tax rules.
- Our premises are monitored by CCTV for guest safety. Footage is retained for a limited period and viewed only when needed for security.
6. Cookies & Third-Party Services
This website does not use its own tracking cookies. Some pages load content from third parties — Google Maps, Google Fonts and content delivery networks for website libraries — which may set their own cookies or log your IP address under their privacy policies. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram take you to those services.
