1. Bookings & Confirmation
- Inquiries sent through this website, WhatsApp or phone are requests and do not guarantee a room.
- A booking is confirmed only after Ashirbad Lodge confirms availability and tariff by WhatsApp, SMS, email or phone.
- During peak periods (Durga Puja, Kali Puja, Bihu, long weekends and holidays) an advance payment may be required to hold the room.
- Prices and estimates shown on the website are indicative. The final tariff is the one confirmed by the lodge.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
- Our front desk is open 24 hours for arrivals at any time — please share your expected arrival time.
3. Identity Proof
- All adult guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in (Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving Licence or Passport).
- Foreign nationals must present a passport and valid visa; Form C details are recorded as required by law.
- The lodge may refuse check-in if valid ID is not provided, and no refund will be due in such cases.
4. Tariff, Taxes & Payment
- Tariff is per room per night. GST is charged as applicable under government rules and a GST invoice is issued for every stay.
- We accept cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm etc.), debit/credit cards and bank transfer.
- Additional services such as food, laundry, transport or extra bed are charged separately.
- Full payment is due at check-in unless agreed otherwise.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Unless a different policy is shared at the time of confirmation, the following applies to bookings where an advance has been paid:

- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
- Date changes are free once, subject to availability, if requested more than 48 hours before check-in.
6. Children & Extra Bed
- Children below 6 years stay free when sharing the existing bed with parents.
- An extra bed can be provided in double rooms on request, at an additional charge per night.
- The maximum number of guests per room is as listed on each room's page.
7. House Rules
- Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. Consumption of alcohol and playing loud music are not allowed on the premises.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Visitors are welcome in the lobby; they may not stay in rooms without registration.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to lodge property during their stay.
- The lodge may ask any guest whose behaviour disturbs others or breaks the law to leave, without refund.
8. Liability
- Please keep valuables with you or hand them to the front desk for safekeeping. The lodge is not responsible for loss of unattended valuables.
- The lodge is not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as power grid outages, natural events or government orders, though we will always do our best to help.
